The Yinogi Method

The Yinogi Method is an approach to practice centered on gentle movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and somatic awareness.

It brings together Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other mind-body practices in a way that is accessible and practical for everyday life.

Rather than treating these practices as something separate from daily living, the Yinogi Method emphasizes developing greater awareness of the body, breath, and mind through simple, repeatable practices.

Mindful movement becomes a way to explore balance, coordination, and presence. Breath becomes a means of settling and regulating. Meditation develops stillness and attention, while somatic practice encourages a deeper awareness of the body's sensations and responses.

The method is rooted in the idea that practice does not have to be intense to be meaningful. A flowing Qi Gong form, a Yin Yoga sequence, seated or standing meditation, attentive breathing, or simply learning to slow down and notice what is happening within all become part of the practice.

The goal is not to create another activity that exists apart from everyday life, but to develop practices of self-healing that can travel with you. Movement, breath, stillness, and awareness become tools for cultivating a more grounded relationship with yourself and the world around you.

At its heart, the Yinogi Method is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and develop a personal discipline that become a way of life.

Perform your effort with skill and diligence;
give compassion to yourself and others."
